Contacting Mitch
When you submit an enquiry, the details you enter are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to mitch@m1wellington.com. This includes your name, email, optional phone number, property information and message. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. Mitch uses your details to respond to your enquiry; submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing. You can also contact Mitch directly at mitch@m1wellington.com or 226-821-4428.
Only include information you are comfortable sending by email. Please do not include identity documents, banking details or other sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.
External services
This website links to M1 Real Estate Brokerage listings, Instagram, Facebook and individual Google reviews. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms. Contact forms use FormSubmit’s delivery service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve and secure the website.
The savings calculator
The calculator runs in your browser. It compares a 1% listing-side fee against the example listing-side rate you select. It excludes applicable taxes, buyer-side remuneration and other costs. It is an illustration, not a quotation, property valuation or guarantee. Commission rates and services should be discussed and agreed with Mitch.
Sale highlights and reviews
Sold-home images and reported savings come from Mitch’s existing website. These historical savings compare a 1% with a 2.5% listing-side fee, including HST, as confirmed by Mitch. Buyer-side remuneration and other selling costs are excluded. Historical results are not a promise of future performance, and these properties are not active listings. Review excerpts were selected from Mitch’s Google profile and link to the individual reviews. They are not a live-synced feed.
